Meet Andy and Chris, the builders who personally oversee every Four Oaks custom home from first conversation to key handover.
Most custom home builders will tell you what they build. We’d rather tell you how we build, and who you’ll be working with when you call. Four Oaks is a small-volume builder by design. Andy and Chris take on a limited number of projects each year because that’s the only way to do this right, staying on-site, staying available, and staying personally invested in every home we build.
We don't take on more projects than we can personally oversee. That's not a constraint, it's a choice. When you build with Four Oaks, you get a builder who is on-site, reachable, and genuinely invested in the outcome. Not a project manager you've never met.
We talk about money openly. Budget conversations happen early, and they happen honestly. We believe the best builds start with a clear financial picture, not a surprise at the end.
Every client in our history has referred someone else to us. We think that says more about how we work than anything we could write on a website.
Chris Duncan brings a rare combination of construction knowledge and business leadership to every Four Oaks project. He personally oversees operations to make sure clients stay informed, budgets stay on track, and the finished product meets the standard Four Oaks is known for.
