Most custom home builders will tell you what they build. We’d rather tell you how we build, and who you’ll be working with when you call. Four Oaks is a small-volume builder by design. Andy and Chris take on a limited number of projects each year because that’s the only way to do this right, staying on-site, staying available, and staying personally invested in every home we build.

Chris Duncan brings a rare combination of construction knowledge and business leadership to every Four Oaks project. He personally oversees operations to make sure clients stay informed, budgets stay on track, and the finished product meets the standard Four Oaks is known for.

We limit the number of projects we take on so we can maintain quality, communication, and personal involvement. We are not a high-volume production builder. Our approach is focused on providing clients with a more personalized experience and greater attention to detail throughout the project.

The first conversation is just that, a conversation. There is no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation. We want to understand what you are thinking about building, where you are in the process, and whether we are a good fit for each other.
